Good to Know

Questions, kindly answered

How does a vintage audio guestbook work?

+

Your guests pick up the handset of our restored vintage phone, hear your custom greeting, and leave a message after the tone — just like an answering machine. Every message is captured, then beautifully edited and delivered to you after your event as a digital keepsake.

Do you deliver and set up in Oklahoma City and Edmond?

+

Yes — delivery and setup are included throughout the Oklahoma City metro, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, Guthrie, and Stillwater. We also travel for events across Oklahoma, including Tulsa.

When should I book my audio guestbook?

+

We accept a limited number of events each month. We recommend reserving as early as possible — typically six to twelve months in advance for peak-season Oklahoma weddings.

Can I choose which vintage telephone I'd like?

+

Absolutely. Our Signature and Atelier packages include your choice of any phone in our collection — from ivory and blush to gold and black — styled to match your celebration.

Will the phone match my event aesthetic?

+

That's the joy of it. We design custom signage and select a phone to complement your palette, florals, and overall mood — whether your day is soft and romantic or bold and modern.

How do I receive the recordings after my event?

+

Within two weeks of your event, you'll receive a beautifully organized digital folder of edited recordings — each message as its own file, plus an optional highlight reel. USB keepsake delivery is included in the Signature and Atelier packages.

What kinds of events is the audio guestbook perfect for?

+

Weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, baby showers, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, bar and bat mitzvahs, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirement parties, memorials and celebrations of life, and corporate events. If voices matter, we have a phone for it.

What if a guest doesn't know what to say?

+

Our signage and recorded greeting set the tone gently. Most guests need only a moment before leaving the loveliest message — we've yet to see one fall silent.

Still wondering?

We'd love to hear from you.
